Here’s a peek at what’s going on at the farm:
1. Blackberry Festival is HERE!
Join us this weekend and next for one of our favorite summer traditions! From butterfly releases and blackberry harvesting to homemade ice cream making, blackberry burgers, and Grain Train rides—this is the sweet, sun-soaked fun your family will remember forever.
2. The Market & Deli has never been better!
Our team is amazing (DREAM TEAM), and the products lining our shelves are greater than ever—Mortimer produce, scratch-made goods, Mortimer Ranch beef (we just received more Mortimer beef from the process today!), baked treats, and more. Stop by and experience the joy of shopping local.
3. The Pick-Your-Own Experience + Farm Park = Unforgettable Days
Come explore acres of fresh crops ready for harvest! The Pick-Your-Own Experience lets you harvest vine-ripened produce right from the field. Then head over to the Farm Park to meet animals, climb tractors, explore the ropes course, and create summer memories with the whole family.
4. The Pick-Your-Own Flower Fields Are in Bloom!
Our flower fields are absolutely breathtaking. Photographers, flower lovers, and anyone seeking a little peace and beauty—this is your spot.
5. Farm to Table Dinners—Don’t Miss August!
When we released the August menu to our waitlist last week, over 50% of the seats sold within hours.
If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind experience, this is your sign.
Our Farm to Table Dinners are a celebration of fresh flavors, community, and local connection. Guests gather at our real working farm to enjoy a thoughtfully crafted meal featuring ingredients grown and raised right here at Mortimer Farms.
As the sun sets, live music fills the air, conversation flows, and the connection between food, land, and people comes to life. It’s more than a meal—it’s a memory in the making.
The menu and ticket link can be found at the bottom of this email. But first, a few more exciting happenings!
6. Wedding Season Is in Full Swing!
It’s been such an honor to host beautiful celebrations of love almost every weekend here at the farm. If you're recently engaged or just dreaming of your perfect day, come visit and see what makes Mortimer Farms such a magical place to say "I do."
7. Mortimer Nursery is Moving!
We’re thrilled to announce that Mortimer Nursery is relocating to Mortimer Farms! Before the big move, visit our current location in Prescott for incredible moving sale discounts on trees, plants, pottery, and more.
We’re bringing everything you love about the nursery right to the heart of the farm—creating a full-circle experience where you can shop plants, explore the fields, enjoy farm-fresh food, and connect with our team of growers all in one place.
8. Join Our Farmers Market Team!
We’re looking to add Farmers Market Drivers and Farmers Market Helpers to our team!
Drivers will meet at the farm before the market.
Helpers can meet directly at the market and do not need to live near the farm.
If you live near Arrowhead, Gilbert, Flagstaff, Sedona, or Prescott and want to represent Mortimer Farms in your community, we’d love to hear from you!
📩 Send an email to jobs@mortimerfarmsaz.com and let us know which market you’d like to be part of.
9. Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze Countdown Is On!
We’re just 2 months and 14 days away from the Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze—and the excitement is already growing (literally)!
The corn maze is officially cut and growing, and this year’s theme is “Proud to Be Farmers.” Check out social media for the photo of the maze!
You’ll walk the path of your food—from seed to supper—through an interactive maze experience that honors the hardworking farmers and ranchers who power every bite. With checkpoints that include farmer stories, fun facts, and QR codes to real video clips, this is more than a maze—it’s a journey of connection, gratitude, and understanding the story of your food.
Fall will be here before we know it—and we can’t wait to share all the magic with you!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the farm.
